Happiest Birthday, My Dearest Mummy Love! ❤️🌹❤️
Oh, how I bless the day I first saw you and Daddy on Revelation TV! Little did I know then that Heaven was introducing me to a gift that would become such an extraordinary blessing to me and my entire family. I believed then, and I believe even more strongly today, that it was a divine appointment, beautifully orchestrated by God Himself.
Mummy, where do I even begin?
How do I put into words a love that has been so consistently demonstrated, not merely in speech, but in deeds and in truth?
Thank you, Ma, for loving me so deeply, so genuinely, and so selflessly. Thank you for standing in the gap, for praying me through some of the most traumatic and difficult seasons of my life, and for carrying burdens to the throne of grace that you did not have to carry.
How many testimonies can I possibly recount on paper? How many moments can words adequately capture?
One of the most beautiful things about your love, Mummy, is that nothing concerning me is ever too small to matter to you. You attend to the great and the seemingly insignificant with the same tenderness, wisdom, patience, and extraordinary grace. Even those little things that others might easily dismiss, you recognise that they matter to me, and even those get your attention. Thank you Ma.
And it does not end with me. You know my children by name. You have spoken into their lives, prayed over their destinies, and invested spiritually in each one of them.
I remember Toluwanimi’s very first day, when you prophetically declared that he would graduate with a First Class. That word was spoken before the journey had even unfolded. Along the way, there were challenges, sickness, and circumstances that seemed to stand in opposition to that declaration. But the Word of the Lord prevailed!
Against all odds, Toluwanimi graduated with a First Class, just as you had prayed on his first day. Thank you so much Ma.
Mummy, I love you deeply, and I honour and celebrate the grace of God upon your life. I celebrate your humility, your sincerity, your steadfast faith, and your love without pretence. You have taught us that true greatness is clothed in humility, that love must be lived and not merely spoken, and that a life poured out for God is never wasted.
Thank you for modelling before us what it means to live a life wholly surrendered to Jesus. You are a living epistle, a mirror held before us, continually reflecting the beauty of Christ and showing us what it means to love, to serve, to persevere, and to remain faithful.
I see how you keep showing up, Mummy. Even on occasions when I can sense that the demands of ministry and service may be taking their toll on your physical strength, you still give. You still pour out. You still make room for others. You still choose love and obedience.
Mummy, thank you for giving to the Lord, and thank you for giving so generously of yourself to us. Thank you for the sacrifices seen and unseen, the prayers uttered in secret, the tears no one knows about, and the countless lives you have helped to shape for eternity.
Heaven alone can fully account for the depth and reach of your obedience.
Today, I can almost imagine our Heavenly Father smiling over His beloved handmaiden, celebrating a life that continues to bring Him glory.
And so, I joyfully join the hosts of Heaven and all DC members across the world in celebrating our precious Mother.
The Lord grant you beautiful surprises, sweet rest, overflowing laughter, and a great harvest on all seeds sown in Jesus name.
Mummy, generations will rise and call you blessed. And I count myself deeply privileged to be one of the many lives God has blessed through yours.
Ẹ kú ọjọ́ ìbí oni Mummy mi ọ̀wọ́n!
Happiest, most glorious birthday to you, Ma!
I love you dearly, I honour you profoundly, and I celebrate you wholeheartedly, today and always.
With all our love, gratitude, and deepest honour,
The Asalus ❤️❤️❤️
