1. Romans 8:26–28 — The Foundation

When you pray in tongues:

  • Your mind is not praying — your spirit is.

  • The Holy Spirit joins with your spirit, taking note, aligning, and working together with you.

  • Do not pray in tongues aimlessly, casually, or scatteringly.

2. Speaking in Tongues: Rope + Bucket

Daddy explained:

  • Tongues = the rope

  • Scripture = the bucket

You dip the bucket into the well of God’s provision.

Whatever you need is in God’s provision.

Wrap your tongues around the Word.
Do not be distracted. Do not pray scatteringly.

3. The Passion Translation Insight

“Every detail of our lives is continually woven together to fit into God’s perfect plan… for we are His lovers.”

This understanding regulates your prayer life.

4. Greek Word: Sunantilambanomai

The word helpeth in Romans 8:26 is the Greek sun-anti-lambanomai, meaning:

“To take hold together with.”

The only other usage is in Luke 10 — showing the Spirit’s active involvement.

5. The Overwhelm of Life

Life can be overwhelming:

  • Pressures

  • Responsibilities

  • Attacks

  • Spiritual burdens

But we have a Helper — One who takes hold together with us against it.

6. When You Feel Abandoned

There are seasons where:

  • The load is too much

  • The pressure is intense

  • Life seems unfair

  • The enemy presses heavily

At such times, you need someone to take hold together with you.

That someone is The Holy Spirit.

7. PRAYER — Romans 8:26–28

Declare:

“Holy Spirit, You are my Helper.
Take hold together with me against anything and everything.”

Pray:

  • There are things you cannot handle alone.

  • Things your knowledge cannot solve.

  • Situations you don’t even understand.

Wrap your tongues around Scripture.
Deposit help into your spiritual bank account.

One day soon, you will arrive at a junction where:

  • Life should have swallowed you

  • But help will rise

  • A human being, a policy change, a miracle, or an intervention will appear

You are taking hold of the days ahead.

8. PRAYER — Destiny for 2026

Declare:

“The destiny of my life for 2026 will be fulfilled excellently because the Holy Spirit will take hold together with me.”

Because:

  • Many are mothers, leaders, workers — overwhelmed on all sides

  • You don’t know what January holds

  • You don’t know what December holds

  • But the Holy Ghost knows the devil’s plans before the devil even plans them

He will:

  • Prevent breakdown

  • Prevent collapse

  • Prevent temptation

  • Prevent danger

  • Prevent losses

He will:

  • Overturn

  • Overthrow

  • Overtake

Everything assigned against you.

9. PRAYER — Luke 22:31

This prayer is what saved Peter, and the absence of it destroyed Judas.

Deposit intercession into your spiritual account.

10. PRAYER — Divine Agencies

Declare:

  • “Whatever human agency the devil wants to use, the Holy Spirit will raise a superior agency.”

  • “Every satanic policy working against the Gospel — Holy Spirit, take hold together with us against it.”

Pray against:

  • Accusations

  • Wrong trips

  • Wrong places

  • Wrong associations

Bring the hammer of the Word against every rod of the wicked.

11. The Mystery of Iniquity vs. The Mystery of God

Two mysteries operate on earth:

  1. Mystery of iniquity

  2. Mystery of God

When you pray in tongues, you speak the mysteries of God.

Life outside has mysteries of iniquity waiting for people — but you will not be their victim.

12. PRAYER — Mystery of God Will Swallow Mystery of Iniquity

Declare:

  • “The mystery of God will swallow the mystery of iniquity.”

  • “I will not be a victim of iniquity.”

  • “Everywhere the mystery of iniquity is waiting — I escape!”

As Moses’ rod swallowed the magicians’ rods — the mystery of God will swallow demonic operations.

13. You Cannot Predict the Devil

But the mystery of God:

  • Overshadows

  • Overtakes

  • Protects

  • Speaks ahead

  • Reveals danger

  • Cancels evil pits

14. PRAYER — Interpretation of Mysteries

Pray:

  • When the mystery manifests, I will have interpretation.

  • When the Holy Spirit delays me, I will understand.

  • When He warns me, I will know it’s Him.

  • When danger hides in a drink, I will know.

God will give:

  • Interpretation

  • Advanced information

  • Inside information

  • Current information

15. PRAYER — Against Demonic Plans for Special Days

Special days attract demonic planning:

  • Christmas

  • New Year

  • Birthdays

  • Anniversaries

  • Celebrations

Pray:

  • “Every demonic plan — DIVINE INTERRUPTION now!”

  • “Let every wicked plan explode in their faces!”

  • “We cover all special days in the blood of Jesus!”

Divinely anointed intelligence is released.

16. PRAYER — Against Attacks on Special Places

Pray against attacks on:

  • Airports

  • Bus stops

  • Banks

  • Schools

  • Hostels

  • Transport systems

  • Public centres

Declare:

  • “Overturn, overturn, overturn!”

  • “Let every secret plan be exposed!”

Cover everything in the Blood of Jesus.

17. PRAYER — Judgment Against Ritual Killers

Pray:

  • “Every ritual throne — collapse!”

  • “Let the sword that struck Herod strike them!”

  • “As they lift the knife, let the knife destroy them!”

  • “Rescue angels — find captives in caves, forests, houses, shrines!”

Anyone:

  • Using human blood

  • Using body parts

  • Sacrificing children

  • Building business on blood

  • Extending life by demonic sacrifice

Let them be cut off.

No more in this nation.
No more in this generation.

18. PRAYER — Judgment Against Fake Pastors

Pray:

  • “Every fake man of God — be exposed and judged.”

  • “Let the sword of the Lord search and destroy.”

  • Whether herbalist, pastor, politician, businessman, doctor —
    Let the sword of the Lord search, find, destroy.

19. PRAYER — Benefit of the Mystery of God

Declare:

  • “I will not be a victim of iniquity.”

  • “I will be a beneficiary of the mystery of God.”

  • “Every mystery of iniquity crossing my path — catch fire.”

You will not work for a man nobody works for and survives.

20. PRAYER — No Demonic Assistance

Declare:

  • “I will not receive demonic assistance.”

  • “Holy Spirit, expose any assistance that is not of God.”

  • “I reject demonic sponsorship, demonic partnerships, demonic shortcuts.”

Especially in ministry:

  • Do not let the devil bankroll your crusade.

  • Do not open yourself to demonic empowerment.

God still supplies everything His servants need.
