40 Days of Fasting and Prayer
Highlights, Prophetic Instructions and Revelations
Day 8 – Saturday, November 8th, 2025
Daddy
Note: These prayer points may be some of the most important prayers you will ever pray as a Christian.
LIVING AS A SON WHO PLEASES THE FATHER
1. Heaven’s Verdict over Jesus
Matthew 3:16–17 (KJV)
“This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
2. Prayer
“Lord, may I not only be a beloved son, but one in whom the Father is well pleased.”
-
1 Chronicles 21:1–4 (KJV) – Even as carnal as Joab was, he still sensed that something was off.
-
1 Chronicles 21:5–7 (KJV) – God was displeased with what David did.
3. Prayer
“Lord, may the things that displease You be abominable to me.”
PLEASURE, NOT JUST ACHIEVEMENT
4. Solomon’s Choice
1 Kings 3:5–14 (KJV)
Solomon did not ask for:
-
long life
-
riches
-
the life of his enemies
He asked for:
-
understanding to discern judgment
-
a wise and understanding heart
God was pleased and added what he did not ask for.
This generation often focuses on achievement and performance, rather than bringing pleasure to God.
5. Prophetic Instruction
When you get home:
Study the words “pleasure” and “displeasure” in the Bible.
Study the subject of the good pleasure of the Father.
6. Prayer
“Lord, baptize me with the wisdom and sensitivity to please You, for that is what You seek in Your saints.”
LOVED BY GOD, BUT CALLED TO PLEASE GOD
7. Loved Already
-
Your goal as a Christian is not to get God to love you.
-
Your goal is to ask the Holy Spirit to help you please Him.
-
You did not ask God to love you, and nothing you do can make Him stop loving you.
8. What God Works With
-
It is what pleases God that He works with.
-
What aligns with His purpose brings His people into the fullness of His plan for them.
9. From Being Found to Bringing Pleasure
-
You were not the one looking for Him — He came looking for you out of love.
-
After He finds you, what He seeks from you is that you bring Him pleasure.
-
What you do, what you say, and how you function must please Him.
-
That is why He gave us the Holy Spirit.
10. Facing God, Not Backing Him
There is a difference between backing God and facing Him.
Say:
“I won’t back God; I’ll face Him. I’ll see what He’s saying so I can move with Him.”
11–16. Love vs Pleasure in Human Relationships
-
You may still love someone while being displeased with their behavior.
-
You are not permitted to hate, but when someone pleases you, the difference is clear.
-
Parents love children because of who they are, not what they do.
-
But behaviour can deeply please or displease them.
-
-
If your child will go far, you must move beyond love to demand behaviour that pleases.
-
Love alone will not take anyone to their destination — behaviour that brings pleasure is required.
According to Scripture:
-
You owe your husband submission.
-
You owe your parents obedience.
-
Parents owe children care and support until they leave home.
17–21. Examples: Jesus, David, Joseph, Reuben
-
The first word from Heaven concerning Jesus was:
“This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
Confirmed in Isaiah 42 and Matthew 12:17–18. -
David: His behaviour pleased everyone — his father, soldiers, and those around him.
-
Joseph pleased his father.
-
Reuben defiled his father’s bed and did not understand his father’s displeasure until the verdict:
“You shall not excel.”
You must learn to discern the feelings of those who determine your destiny.
Outside your family circle, nobody owes you love. What you owe others is behaviour that draws pleasure toward you.
You cannot truly serve God if you don’t serve the men and structures He has placed over you.
Many are in a fool’s paradise, thinking they are pleasing God while they are actually displeasing Him.
PLEASURE: THE PLACE OF FAVOUR & POWER
24. John 8:28–29 (KJV)
Jesus said:
“I do always those things that please Him.”
We must find the place of pleasure because it is:
-
the place of favour
-
the place of power
Grace means:
“The willingness of someone in authority to favour you.”
25. God’s Love Never Stops
-
You cannot sin so badly that God will stop loving you.
-
Even if He sends a soul to hell, He does it in love.
-
“I have loved you with an everlasting love.”
26–27. Move from Love to Pleasure
Prayer:
“Lord, deliver me from the spirit that makes me depend on love alone.”
“I will please the Father and those who matter in my life.”
“I will please my boss, my spouse, and those You have placed around me.”
“In 2026, I will please You, not just rely on Your love.”
“Let the Spirit that moves me to please the Father and those who matter rest on me.”
28–30. Behaviour Matters
-
There is behaviour that provokes anger, and behaviour that attracts deep things from the Holy Spirit.
-
Scripture can be twisted to say what you want.
-
Some grace preachers will sadly find out too late they preached error.
-
Every true belief must lead to Christlike behaviour.
-
If your belief doesn’t affect your behaviour, what you practice is error.
31–33. Prayer & Confession
Pray:
“I enjoy the love of the Father, but I will also please the Father.”
“I receive help from the Holy Spirit.”
“Holy Spirit, guide me to do what is right and pleasing in the sight of God and men.”
-
He will never stop loving you, but you must stay in the zone of His pleasure.
-
Declare:
“2026: My Year of Giving Pleasure to the Father.”
CONSCIENCE, OFFENCE & GRACE
34–37. Conscience Void of Offence
Acts 24:16 (KJV)
Paul said:
“Herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men.”
-
When we grieve or displease people, the Holy Spirit signals us.
-
Many believers carry offended consciences — not because others wronged them, but because they themselves did wrong and refused correction.
-
Over time, conscience forms a crust. You stop hearing God and start hearing other spirits.
-
You may be sinning while thinking you are fine.
38–39. Grace & Change
-
Grace does not cover misbehaviour.
-
Grace accepts you and grace changes you — but you must cooperate.
-
God cannot change you beyond your willingness to yield.
HOW TO PRAY IN TONGUES CORRECTLY
40. Prophetic Instruction: Wrap Tongues Around Scripture
As you pray in tongues:
-
Wrap your tongues around Scripture.
-
Don’t speak in tongues absent-mindedly or for show.
-
Dip your tongues in the wells of salvation.
-
Draw grace, draw living water, until your heart and behaviour align with the Word.
-
Cleanse yourself from everything contrary to the Word of God.
Focus on the Word and draw water from the wells of salvation.
Let that water enter your spirit today, as the Holy Spirit adjusts your conscience — not demons that excuse wrongdoing.
41–43. Christianity = Belief + Behaviour
-
You cannot claim to be a victor while sin is overcoming you.
-
That is not grace.
-
Christianity = Believing + Behaviour.
-
The harvest of God’s love that saved you is your life that pleases Him.
DEBT, OBLIGATION & WHAT YOU OWE OTHERS
44–47. Debt & Owe
Pray:
“Holy Spirit, help me understand what I owe every person I meet in my life.”
You owe:
-
the government → taxes
-
as a man → provision for your family, within your means
-
people in general → a measure of mercy
In God’s original plan:
-
everyone was to have something to give
-
no one was meant to be a beggar
-
begging came through the fall of Adam
Levels of provision:
-
Begging – depends on kindness of others.
-
Inheritance – higher level; “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children and children’s children.”
God Himself works by reward & responsibility.
You must know:
-
what you owe people
-
what you owe staff (salary)
-
what you owe your family (inheritance)
-
what you owe superiors (respect)
-
what you owe spouse (honour or submission)
47. Love & Romans 13:8
Romans 13:8 (KJV)
“Owe no man any thing, but to love one another…”
1 Corinthians 13:1–4 (KJV) shows what love looks like:
-
Love for your wife is different from love for a single sister.
-
Paul told Timothy:
“Love the young women with purity.”
Love (charity):
-
suffers long → you owe people longsuffering
-
is kind → you owe people kindness
-
envies not → you owe people contentment
48–50. Love Has Manners
-
Enjoy others’ testimony; don’t turn it into:
“God, remember me too” (envy disguised as prayer).
-
Even if you are superior, stay humble:
“Charity is not puffed up.”
-
Love does not behave itself unseemly — it is well-mannered and respectful.
-
Love is not easily provoked.
-
Love “thinks no evil” — if you’ve ever thought evil of anyone, you owe them forgiveness and a change in attitude.
51–63. Spirit of Appropriate Behaviour
Prayer:
“Holy Spirit, baptize me with grace and wisdom for appropriate behaviour.”
-
You need the Spirit of Appropriate Behaviour.
-
You can never go wrong if respect goes ahead of you anywhere.
-
Many on social media quote Scriptures while violating them a thousand times over.
-
Even if you disagree with your father, Scripture says: do not dishonour him.
-
Some ministers boast of revelation while dishonouring men older than their fathers — that spirit will destroy destinies.
Christ shows us you can disagree without dishonour.
Be discerning:
-
Some use the name of Jesus, but not by His Spirit.
-
A wrong spirit can move you to use the right name in a wrong way.
Love has manners.
Love produces gentlemen, not foolish men.
Appropriate behaviour is a prayer point.
It is a ticket to greatness and lasting success.
Every relationship has laws of entry and exit, and appropriate behaviour is one of them.
Pray:
-
For the anointing and spirit of appropriate behaviour.
-
“Lord, baptize us with the spirit of appropriate behaviour. Everywhere we go, we will be anointed for appropriate behaviour.”
REVELATION OVER NIGERIA: COST OF LIVING & FAITH TARGET
64–65. Revelation & Interpretation
Daddy’s revelation:
He saw us gathered. Government had released payments due to people and was dropping cards.
He saw “energy — zero” and other items with values like “0” or “1.”
He asked, “Lord, is this true — so we will not pay for energy?”
Anointed explanation:
-
Could God work on government so that cost of living drops drastically and quality of life rises astronomically?
-
The Lord showed: It is a target for our faith.
Prayer:
-
Pray that God will help this country.
-
For drastically reduced internet and power costs.
-
For easily affordable food.
-
For a nation where everyone has equal rights before the law.
-
For a nation where everyone can afford a house righteously.
-
“Lord, baptize the government with understanding so that cost of living reduces.”
-
“Lord, whatever will make it happen, do it for us.”
As we prayed, the Lord showed:
It is a faith target.
We must fight for it in the spirit.
Aim our faith at a better Nigeria.
Phrase received:
“Those who are profiting from Nigeria won’t like it.”
Prayer Point:
“Lord, deliver us from everyone profiting and benefiting from the wrongness of our country — spiritually, politically, economically.”
“Deliver us from those who don’t want roads fixed.”
“Deliver us from the wrongness of Nigeria spiritually, traditionally, politically.”
“Let this country be free in the name of Jesus.”
God is calling for a new breed of Christians who will rebirth this nation in the spirit.
DESIGN IT, DECREE IT, DELIVER IT – OVER NIGERIA
66. Prophetic Instruction over Nigeria
The Lord is saying:
-
Stop complaining about Nigeria.
-
Start declaring and decreeing in the spirit.
-
Don’t follow others to complain.
-
Release your faith for a new Nigeria.
When you encounter corruption:
-
Don’t just complain, redesign it in the spirit.
-
Decree God’s order.
Stop complaining about potholes:
“Lord, let this pothole be filled.”
God is giving the Church authority as designers in the spirit.
“DESIGN IT, DECREE IT, DELIVER IT”
That is our assignment.
Let your faith rise up.
Nigeria will be saved.
THE MESSENGER OF SATAN & PROTECTION OF DESTINY
67. 2 Corinthians 12:1–10 (KJV)
Prayer Point:
-
Pray against the messenger of Satan assigned to stop the revelation God has given you.
-
Pray against any messenger of Satan working against your expression of destiny.
Clarification:
-
It was Satan, not God, who sent the messenger.
-
God can only give what He has in heaven — there is no messenger of Satan in heaven.
Declare:
-
You will not marry your enemy.
-
You will not marry the enemy of your destiny.
-
Not everyone is authorized to speak into your life.
-
Those whom God has authorized to speak into your life — you must listen to them.
68–73. Calling, Envy & Wrong Platforms
-
Some turned a local church assignment into something for the whole body of Christ — God later shut them down.
-
If nobody corrects you, you may think everything is okay.
-
It does not please God when a genuinely called person becomes deceived or diverted.
-
Some lives are driven by envy and jealousy.
Don’t let anyone hire you — you are called.
Find your place of calling.
Don’t be a minister for hire by rich men.
Don’t do God’s work your own way.
“God will anoint you for this keyboard that you will play in several places, but you must never play it in a shrine.”
Prayer Point:
-
Bind the messenger of Satan wherever you find its operation.
-
Pray that everyone God has anointed to protect you:
-
you will know them
-
see them
-
respect them
-
respond to them correctly
-
75. Prophetic Instruction on Influence
The people you cannot say “no” to — let them be godly people.
SUMMARY OF PROPHETIC INSTRUCTIONS
-
Study “pleasure” and “displeasure” in Scripture.
Study the good pleasure of the Father. -
Wrap your tongues around Scripture.
Don’t speak in tongues absent-mindedly. Let your tongues draw grace and align your behaviour with the Word. -
Design, decree, and deliver a new Nigeria.
Stop complaining; start declaring. -

Let only righteous authority hold that place in your life.
REVELATION OVER NIGERIA (RE-EMPHASIS)
Daddy’s revelation:
A picture of government releasing due payments, with lines like “energy — zero.”
Some costs read “0,” some “1.”
It seemed impossible, but the Lord indicated:
This is a target for your faith.
We are to pray and design by faith:
-
Lower cost of living
-
Higher quality of life
-
Equal rights under the law
-
Affordable food
-
Affordable and righteous home ownership
