Men and Women in Ministry Mentorship Programmes

About this ministry

The Men in Ministry Mentorship Programme and Women in Ministry Mentorship Programme provide sustained formation for people who perceive God’s call. Under the mentoring ministry of Revs. Olusola and Oyenike Areogun, participants are helped to develop the inner life and leadership capacity needed for their assignments.

Purpose of the Ministry

These programmes go beyond occasional inspiration. They address spiritual leadership, calling, marriage, family, work, ministry relationships, personal discipline and practical service. Gender-focused mentoring also creates room to treat responsibilities and pressures that men and women may experience differently.

Current Official Mentorship Emphasis

Official programme communication describes MIMMP and WIMMP as intensive mentorship pathways under Rev. Olusola and Rev. Oyenike Areogun. Participants are helped to discover and fulfil God’s plan, grow in leadership and become a blessing to their generation.
