From The Father’s Heart
God is a God of times and seasons. Though He is not sheathed or limited by time, He puts His activities and operations in times and in seasons.
The Bible tells us that “To everything, there is a season and a time to every purpose under the Heaven (Ecc.3:1–10).” God has made everything beautiful in its time.
God is a God of time, and His purpose unfolds with specific times. Seek to know what your time is in God and align yourself with it.
Aligning yourself with divine timing is crucial to your fulfilling purpose under God. The Bible talked of the Men of Issachar who had an understanding of the times.
You need the Issachar’s anointing to be able to know what God’s programme is for you at this time.
God’s programme for you now may be to get trained for destiny and the future waiting for you so that your manifestation may be sound.
David was in divine timing when he kept his father’s flock. He was getting trained for his future by killing the lion, killing the bear, and learning tenderness with his father’s sheep.
Please take note of what God is training you with now and pay attention to it. Take it seriously.
Maybe you have seven people under your care now to watch over; take them seriously. Fulfil your duties towards them and be faithful over them. By doing that, you are preparing for the greater assignment God has for you.
Be sensitive to divine activities that are ongoing in your life.
Don’t be distracted by human activities that are happening or not happening.
When David’s father sent him to go to the battlefront to give food to his brothers, that was the time God had been preparing him for, and He did not miss it.
When it is your time, one thing will always lead to the other for your purpose to be accomplished.
When David heard Goliath’s voice, something stirred up inside him, and he asked for what should be done to anyone who killed the uncircumcised Philistine. He was sensitive enough to his timing under God.
Sensitize yourself and respond right to your divine times for the divine activities of God to break forth in your life.
Till next time, go and win with Jesus.
